Wellington Business Association exists to link businesses, maximise potential from town events, allow members to participate as a business community, keep all member businesses informed of local business schemes and to provide a voice for traders to speak to the local councils

Welcome to the Wellington Business Association (WBA) website

Nestling in the vale of Taunton Deane, and situated 7 miles from Taunton close to the border between Somerset and Devon, Wellington is a bustling market town with a wide variety of businesses. The town is known for its specialist shops and small businesses which can offer an unparalelled range of goods with a warm, personal service.

The town has other great attributes, such as the unique art deco Wellesley Cinema, the Wellington Museum, the award winning park, an arts centre, a sports centre, Wellington In Bloom to mention a few.

Also home to larger commercial enterprises, including three supermarkets and two large manufacturers, Wellington has several industrial centres containing a wide range of businesses.

Supporting these enterprises is the Wellington Business Association - formerly Wellington (Somerset) Chamber of Trade & Commerce - which acts as a voice for the businesses; looking after their interests, promoting their products and services, and coordinating events that gain exposure for members. The WBA meets on a regular basis and welcomes anyone who has a business in Wellington.

We want people to come to Wellington and enjoy the whole experience of Wellington.
